Weekly Individualised Programming

Individualised Programming Places are Currently Full: Please email me at hjpmethod@gmail.com if you wish to be notified when a new space is available!

All weekly programming options require clients to fill in an online questionnaire regarding their prior training/competition experience, as well as current goals. This is essential to ensure programming is suited to your needs.

Full Individual Coaching – $40/Week

Includes a full personalised training program suited to your needs, whether increasing your total or enhancing your athletic ability for your sport. This will generally be 4-6 days of programming per week (athlete dependent).

• Program delivered weekly using the TrueCoach platform

• Individualised around your goals

• Warm up and cool down guidance

• Weekly feedback via email, including technical advice on training videos

• Monthly Skype meetings (by request)

Suitable for Weightlifters, Powerlifters, CrossFitters, Team Sports Athletes in the Off-Season etc.

Strength or Conditioning Extras Coaching – $32/Week

Includes 2-3 days per week (athlete dependent) of specific programming to be added to your current routine. The programme is individualised and implemented by the athlete (with guidance).

• Program delivered weekly using the TrueCoach platform

• Individualised around your goals and other training

• Warm up and cool down guidance

• Weekly feedback via email, including technical advice on training videos

Suitable for CrossFit Athletes, Team Sports Athletes, Track & Field Athletes etc.

All weekly programming options require a minimum four-week commitment. Payments occur automatically on a fortnightly, or four-weekly, basis using PayPal.

Cancellation requires a minimum two-weeks notice period.


Team HJP Programming

This group programming option currently runs in 12-week training blocks. It is targeted at CrossFit athletes, team sport athletes familiar with weightlifting movements, or weightlifters still new to the sport.

The costs is NZ$20/week and involves regular group emails, as well as access to a private group Facebook page where I can answer your questions and analyse technique, and the squad can provide a supportive and encouraging online community.

Consultation – $70/Hour or $50/Half-Hour

1-on-1 personal training, meeting or video call.

Strength Workshops – $500+/Half Day+

Please contact me directly to discuss hosting a strength training workshop at your facility. Shorter workshops may be considered. Prices are negotiable based on needs.

Team or Group Training Sessions – By Negotiation

Please contact me via email to discuss one-off (or ongoing) group or sports team training sessions.
