I have a range of coaching options available, from weekly individualised programming through to group workshops.

Full Coaching – NZ$37.50/Week

This remote coaching option ensures a complete training program that is tailored to your needs, whether increasing your weightlifting total or enhancing your athletic ability. Your program will include:

  • Programming delivered weekly online
  • Individualised around your goals and experience
  • Warm up and cool down guidance
  • Regular online feedback, including technical advice on training videos
  • Monthly video call meetings (by request)

Clients complete an online questionnaire regarding previous training and competition experience, as well as current goals, prior to their plan being created. Regular check ins ensure ongoing personalisation.

Remote coaching options require a minimum four-week commitment. Payments occur automatically on a fortnightly, or four-weekly, basis using PayPal.

Cancellation requires a minimum two-week notice period.


Strength Extras – NZ$30/Week

This remote coaching option ensures an individualised training program that supplements your current training goals, whether becoming a better CrossFit athlete, or improving your performance on the field. Your program will include:

  • Programming delivered weekly online
  • Customised to your current training regime, along with advice for how to structure your training week
  • Warm up and cool down guidance
  • Regular online feedback, including technical advice on training videos

Clients complete an online questionnaire regarding previous training and competition experience, as well as current goals, prior to their plan being created. Regular check ins ensure ongoing personalisation.

Consultation – NZ$70/Hour or NZ$50/Half-Hour

One-on-one personal training, meeting or video call. Consultations could be regarding:

  • Video Analysis & Technical Advice
  • Sports Science Education
  • Programming Advice
  • Tapering Suggestions
  • Competition Day Strategies

Strength Workshops – NZ$500+/Half Day+

Please contact me directly to discuss hosting a strength training workshop at your facility. Shorter workshops may be considered.

Pricing is negotiable based on needs.


Group Training Session – By Negotiation

Please contact me directly to discuss one-off (or ongoing) group or sports team training sessions.
