Weightlifting Programming Templates with Metrics Tracking


I’ve added a couple of Weightlifting programming templates that track a few training metrics to the HJP Method Resources Page.

Use these sheets as a template to write some programs that can track metrics, or if you enjoy creating a spreadsheet, then have a look through the sheet to help develop your own.
