Through the HJP Method, I aim to make athletes and coaches better.

To achieve this, I provide strength and conditioning coaching for athletes, create useful content and resources, and produce quality sports science research outputs that benefit coaches and athletes.

My background is unique. I competed internationally in the sport of Powerlifting, have completed a PhD in strength and conditioning, and have provided strength and conditioning coaching for athletes in various sports. Barbell sports are my specialty.
